Organic Shirataki

The Shirataki, organic certified, are a kind of pasta coming from the Oriental tradition and with a very low calories content.Macrobiotic is an art and a science, re-discovered by the japanese philosopher Geroge Oshawa. He developed a balance regarding interaction between man,his food, his life style and the environment in which he lives. Macrobiotics focuses on the yin-yang dynamic(balance between opposite and complementary forces), in life and everyday eating with the intention of using this principle to create an harmony and a balance in one's own eating, psychological and physical well being.

Water, konjac root powder* (Amorphophallus konjac) (2,8%),hydroxide of calcium.

Once opened, it is recommended to consume all the product. Instructions for use: wash them under running water. Boil in salted water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and season with soya sauce or as you like!
