Organic Brown Rice Amasake With Hazelnuts

Two new types of Amasake in our assortment: brown rice with tahin and brown rice with hazelnuts. A natural and traditionaldessert obtained by fermentation of rice and koji. Can be eaten as dessert directly or can be used as a base for makingseveral types of sweets. Amasake is particularly digestible because the fermentation divides the carbohydrates, the fats andthe proteins that enter the organism, which makes it much easier to assimilate them.
