● 200 g Free Choko Classic Bio chocolate
● 500 ml soy vegetable drink
● 12 g agar-agar
● 125 g corn malt

This vegan chocolate mousse is very easy and quick to prepare. It requires just a few ingredients and is the perfect dessert to end any meal.
To melt the chocolate a bain-marie, bring a sufficiently large saucepan of water to the boil. Inside it, place a smaller saucepan with the chocolate broken into squares. Melt the chocolate slowly by adding a bit of soy drink.
In the meantime, heat the remaining soy drink in a separate saucepan.
When sufficiently hot, turn off the heat and add the agar-agar until it all thickens. Mix it well and, once it has completely melted, add the chocolate and the corn malt. When combining the ingredients, make sure you obtain a nice smooth and creamy mixture with no lumps. Let it cool, then divide the vegan chocolate mousse between small cups or glasses and put them in the fridge to chill for at least an hour before serving. Serve with fresh fruit, extra grating of chocolate, or decorate to your liking!
