Ingredients for 2 people

200 g cooked cannellini beans
1 tbsp flaked oats
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ground ginger
3 sage leaves, finely chopped
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp shoyu
1 tsp sesame oil

Cc = cucchiaio
cc = cucchiaino
pz = pizzico


Heat a little oil in a pan, add the onion, and when soft, add the thyme, sage, ginger and shoyu, mixing well. Crush the cooked beans with a fork, add the oats and the onion mixture and mix well. Adjust salt if necessary and leave to rest for a few minutes. With slightly damp hands, shape the burgers. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the burgers on both sides for a few minutes. Serve with a green salad.
