Brown shirataki are a type of pasta traditionally from the east, very low in calories. They are made of the konjac, a root from the amorphophallus plant, that looks like a big beetroot.The Konjac root is rich in fibers and abosorbs water, creating a saturing feeling.....The taste is delicate and the shirataki can be used in a lot of differents dishes.
