In a large pan with some hot oil pour the risotto preparation and saute for 1 minute over mediume fire.Stir continuosly and add half a glass of water and let it evaporate. Pour little by little 450 ml of hot water and allowed to dry completely (15 minutes). Adjust with salt to taste and stir for 1 minute.
