Timilìa's couscous with orange, almonds and spices

Ingredients for four people

Preparation

Bring to a boil 40 cl of vegetable broth.
Mix orange juice and zest to the couscous, along with pine nuts and sultanas and put in a bowl.
Cover the couscous with the hot broth 1 cm above the couscous.
Cover with plastic wrap and when dry crumble with a fork, while adding the oil.
Add the other ingredients such as turmeric, paprika, parsley and chopped almonds.
Salt to taste and serve warm or chilled.
